Dear friends,
If somehow youre not feeling like going out to eat, just stay at home and make pumpkin soup. Healthy and surprisingly delicious. Recipe:
half a small pumpkin, without the seeds, cut into pieces (use a saw if the peel is resisting). 3 medium peeled potatoes cut in pieces. 1 big onion, fried in olive oil separately. 2 chopped carrots. some creme fraiche.
Boil half a pan of salted water, add first potatoes, 2 mins later the pumpkin, 4 mins later the carrots, let boil untill softened. Take of fire and add onions and creme fraiche.
Now take the magimixer and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper and a hint of cinnamon.
