I don't know exactly which are the "standard" books, but I have the Research methods, Doing Business in Europe, the one for Hospitality Concepts ( i don't remember the name) and the one for Quality Management.

I am happy to see that you are using and seeing the value of online Discussion Forums, HOWEVER you are not "staying on topic" (see the rules /#6)
For discussion forums to stay organized and useful for everybody! it is important to stay on topic (only discuss what is in the subject line). In that way it is very different then a chat room, or email. If you like to discuss the Mallorca trip you can do that in the already started discussion thread on that subject.
